Form submissions are sent by email directly to us at info@midastechops.com using Amazon Web Services (AWS), the same infrastructure that hosts this site — no separate third-party form-handling company sees or stores your submission. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

Automatic Site Monitoring

We use New Relic Browser monitoring to understand how this site performs and to catch errors. This may collect:

• Page views, navigation, and load performance (Core Web Vitals)
• JavaScript errors and failed network requests
• General interaction and session-trace data, and session replay

Session replay is configured to mask all form field input, so text you type into the contact form is not captured in replay recordings. This monitoring uses cookies to associate activity with a browsing session. We use this data only to keep the site working correctly — it is not used for advertising or resold to third parties.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the infrastructure providers that host and operate this site on our behalf — currently Amazon Web Services (hosting and contact-form email delivery) and New Relic (site monitoring) — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship and as required for our business records. You can request that we delete information you've submitted by emailing us at the address below.

Your Choices

You can decline to submit the contact form and instead reach us directly by email. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, which will limit site monitoring but won't affect your ability to browse the site.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
